ELECTION REQUIREMENTS
A.    All candidates must have unquestionable character, loyalty, dedication, and have made contributions to the game that has helped to improve it in Polk County.

B.    All candidates must have participated as players in the program for at least ten years.

C.    All candidates must have served on a Board of Directors or as an officer for at least three years

OR

Served as a team captain for at least five years

OR

Volunteered for at least five years in some other function such as fund raising, picnic chairman, annual meeting coordinator, city programs, captain of a travel team, etc.


NOMINATION DEADLINE

Nominations must be submitted by November 15th. Nominations must include along with the name of the nominee, a biography with facts that explain how the nominee meets the established criteria.
No nominations will be accepted after November 15th.
